• Payment Information: Billing details and payment method information. Actual card/bank details are processed and stored securely by our third-party payment gateway partners; Lumina Laundry does not store your full card number or CVV on its own servers.
• Communications: Messages you send to customer support, reviews, ratings, and feedback you submit for stores.
• Vendor/Store Information: If you register as a partner store, we collect business name, address, owner details, GST/business registration information, and bank account details for payouts.
